About Whole Lifecycle Nutrition

Evidence-based Nutrition Counseling for Women, Children, and Families

Every woman’s story is unique, but one thing we all share is a body that is constantly adapting. Hormones shift. Metabolism changes. Stress accumulates. Digestion evolves. From puberty and the first menstrual cycle to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, each season of life offers new information on how your body is functioning and new opportunities to support it with the right strategy.

Too often, women are told their symptoms are “normal” or that everything looks “fine” even when they don’t feel well. Our founder, Rachel (anchor link to Rachel’s bio), experienced this gap in women’s healthcare firsthand. With a background in integrative and functional nutrition, she believes women deserve more than reassurance that everything is “normal.” Women deserve clinicians who can connect the dots between nutrition, hormones, digestion, metabolism, lifestyle, and the nervous system, and then translate that complexity into a practical plan that fits real life.

That belief became Whole Lifecycle Nutrition, a practice built on the idea that science gives us the data, and personalized lifestyle strategies help your body respond to it.

Today, our team of registered dietitians combines evidence-based nutrition, functional testing, and practical lifestyle strategies to help clients better understand the patterns behind their symptoms. We consider the full picture, including hormones, digestion, metabolism, stress physiology, movement, sleep, and recovery, to create personalized care that’s grounded in science and designed for real life.

Rachel has been absolutely amazing. She helped me when I was struggling with multiple issues to see the power of making small, sustainable changes. Any problem I brought up, she would have multiple ways to handle it so I could choose what work work for me and my family.

Rachel has been a blessing ! Her parental guidance empowered me to be able to support my daughter learning and achieving a healthier nutritional lifestyle🫶 In her words: “Rachel has shown an unbelievable amount of commitment and determination when it came to working on my case. I first started working with her as teen and was (and still am) somewhat of a picky eater. I ate a metric ton of junk food and wasn’t really willing to change my eating habits all too much. With Rachel‘s hard work and dedication to me I was able to slowly expand the kind of food eaten over the past five years and lessen my intake in general. I am in a far healthier space both in body and mind when it comes to food. I am forever grateful for Rachel‘s expert knowledge, kindness, and patience over all these years and look forward to continue working with her!”
Rachel is the absolute best! She will meet you where you are and will work with you at the pace you need to make positive changes towards your health. Her work is trauma informed, culturally sensitive and she just has the best energy! I wish more people in the medical field were like Rachel!
