Breastfeeding support that fits real life
Free Monthly Breastfeeding Support Group
We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM (Virtual on Zoom).
It’s hard to make big decisions about feeding when you’re exhausted, sore, and getting twelve different opinions. This live Zoom support circle gives you one calm place to ask questions, feel seen, and leave knowing exactly what to try at the very next feed.
What you’ll walk away with…
- Live Q&A with an IBCLC who can translate “medical talk” into real‑life steps
- Clear, evidence‑based guidance on latch, pain, supply, pumping, bottles, and returning to work
- A calm, supportive space where you can say “I’m struggling” and hear “You’re not doing anything wrong”
- Encouragement and a simple, doable plan you can try as soon as we log off
Why parents love our group:
- No prep needed
- Join from your phone while feeding
- Ask questions out loud or just listen quietly
- Spaces are kept small so everyone who wants support can get it

Lactation & Breastfeeding Support
Feeding your baby can come with a lot of questions — and sometimes challenges that go beyond nutrition alone. Our team includes International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) and Certified Lactation Counselors (CLCs) who are also registered dietitians, allowing us to support both parent and baby with feeding and nutrition in mind.
We offer virtual and in-person lactation support for families who are breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, or navigating a transition in their feeding plan. Our approach is practical, compassionate, and individualized to your goals. There is no single “right” way to feed your baby.
Lactation support may include:
- Breastfeeding concerns and questions
- Latch, positioning, and feeding comfort
- Milk supply concerns, including low or oversupply
- Pumping, flange fit, and developing a pumping routine
- Returning to work while breastfeeding or pumping
- Combination feeding and supplementation
- Weaning or transitioning feeding methods
- Maternal nutrition and hydration during lactation
- Infant growth and feeding concerns
- Food allergies or suspected food reactions in breastfed infants
- General education and reassurance as feeding needs change
Because our lactation professionals are also registered dietitians with expertise in maternal and pediatric nutrition, we can look at feeding from both sides of the relationship — supporting your baby’s feeding and growth while also considering your own nutrition, recovery, health, and wellbeing.

Dietitian vs. Nutritionist vs. Health Coach - What's the difference?
We know the world of wellness can be confusing. Here’s a quick breakdown of these common titles:
✓ Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN)
Dietitians are licensed healthcare professionals with extensive science-based education and clinical training. Only a RDN is qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy for complex conditions, interpret lab results, create evidence-based therapeutic plans, and work alongside your healthcare team. RDN’s are uniquely trained in human metabolism, disease prevention, and evidence-based dietary interventions. Whether you’re managing a health condition or optimizing wellness, a dietitian offers the most comprehensive, credentialed support available. All dietitians are nutritionists—but not all nutritionists are dietitians.
To earn the RD/RDN credential, one must:
- Complete a Master’s degree in nutrition or a related field
- Fulfill at least 1,200 supervised internship hours across clinical nutrition, community nutrition, and foodservice
- Pass a national board exam
- Maintain ongoing continuing education
✓ Nutritionist
This title isn’t regulated in many states. Some nutritionists may have formal education, while others may not. Unlike dietitians, they typically aren’t licensed to provide medical nutrition therapy or work with certain health conditions, or provide insurance-reimbursable care.
✓ Health Coach
Health coaches support lifestyle changes and habit-building. They often focus on general wellness, motivation, and accountability—but they do not have the clinical training or licensure to provide medical nutrition guidance or write personalized nutrition protocols.
Why choose our dietitians?
As dietitians trained in integrative and functional nutrition, we combine clinical expertise with a whole-person approach to help you uncover root causes, heal from the inside out, and feel empowered—not just informed.
